Main performance
It has good high temperature resistance, water resistance, mechanical stability, acid and alkali resistance, and good anti-wear extreme pressure and adhesion. Due to the use of special "microsphere eutectic" additives, and thus particularly excellent lubricity, and no pungent odor, harmless to the human body, in line with environmental requirements.
Use
Suitable for continuous rolling, hot and cold rolling mill equipment bearings.
It is suitable for bearing lubrication in mining, machinery and transportation industries under severe conditions such as high temperature, heavy load and humidity.
Applicable temperature:-20 ℃ ~ 200 ℃.
Precautions
This product is non-toxic, when used without special protection is different from the general grease.
1# is suitable for centralized lubrication system, 2# and 3# are suitable for manual greasing lubrication.
The centralized lubrication system is replaced with this product. It is not necessary to disassemble and wash the entire lubrication system. It is only necessary to inject this product into the centralized lubrication system and discharge the original grease until the product flows out from the lubrication point.
Packing specification
This product is packed in 18kg plastic drum and 180kg iron drum.
