Main performance
1) has excellent extreme pressure wear resistance, adhesion, rust resistance and pumping, the product is added to the friction after the formation of low shear strength of the metal compound film, in order to improve the anti-gluing ability of lubricating oil and friction bearing capacity.
2) At different working temperatures, grease with different consistency is used. When the working temperature is -10~100 ℃, grease No. 00 is selected; When the working temperature is -20~100 ℃, grease No. 000 is selected.
Use
It is suitable for the lubrication of large heavy-duty open gears such as the mixing machine of the sintering plant in the steel industry and the rotary kiln in the cement industry. Applicable temperature:-20 ℃ ~ 180 ℃.
Precautions
1) This product is non-toxic and does not need to be different from the special protection of general grease when used.
2) Release the original oil or add this product after cleaning. The filling method adopts the lubrication device spray lubrication, and also directly adds the gear box or directly applies it on the tooth surface for lubrication.
3) The amount of grease added can reach the root of the large gear of the intermediate shaft, and the rest of the tooth surface is coated with grease. Or grease to the pinion gear, the gear is not more than three teeth high.
Packing specification
This product is packed in 18kg plastic drum and 180kg iron drum.
