Overview

Main performance
Due to the use of a unique "microsphere eutectic" additive, so this product has excellent anti-wear extreme pressure, anti-water leaching and better leakage, noise reduction ability, has a good ability to withstand large load or impact load.
This product has a long service life and can make the equipment less overhauled or not overhauled.
Use
Applicable to all kinds of gear reducer, worm gear reducer, open gear lubrication and sealing.
Applicable temperature:-20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃.
Precautions
This product is non-toxic, when used without special protection is different from the general grease.
The newly installed reducer is cleaned with N32 mechanical oil after 24 hours of running. The semi-fluid fat can be added after the old speed reducer is cleaned. If it is difficult to clean the old speed reducer, the semi-fluid fat can be directly added after the old oil is released.
The amount of grease added can reach the large tooth root of the intermediate shaft, and the rest of the tooth surface is coated with grease. Or grease to the small gear, the large gear is not more than three teeth high.
Packing specification
This product is packed in 18kg plastic drum and 180kg iron drum.
