Main performance
1) Good anti-combustion effect, it is not easy to burn under open flame conditions, the fire does not spread, and reduces fire hazards;
2) Good high and low temperature performance, can be used normally in a wide temperature range, especially excellent high temperature performance, and has a long bearing service life under high temperature conditions;
3) Good oxidation resistance to ensure long-term use at high temperatures;
4) Good rust resistance to ensure that the bearing parts are not rusted.
Use
1) It is suitable for lubrication of rolling bearings working under complex working conditions such as high temperature and open flame, and can provide reliable lubrication for bearings in a wide working temperature range. It is especially suitable for the lubrication of equipment with fire protection requirements or parts with fire hazards, such as the lubrication of furnace front equipment, high-temperature fans, steelmaking continuous casters, steel ladle hoisting wire ropes, etc.
2) It is suitable for the lubrication of equipment with large ambient temperature changes, especially the lubrication of working equipment in the field environment.
3) Applicable temperature range:-45 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, short-term can reach 220 ℃.
Precautions
When using, clean the lubricating parts to avoid pollution, and do not mix with other grease.
Packing specification
This product uses 1kg plastic barrel, 15kg plastic barrel packaging.
