Main performance
1) Excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance, ensuring good lubricity under heavy load, protecting gears and reducing wear;
2) Excellent oxidation stability, to prevent the oxidation of grease deterioration, prolong the service life;
3) good adhesion, to avoid the loss of grease, to ensure the lubrication of gear friction pair;

Use
Suitable for lubrication of all kinds of large, heavy load, low speed to medium speed open gear. It is suitable for the lubrication of large heavy-duty open gears such as mixing machines in sintering plants in the iron and steel industry and rotary kilns in the cement industry. It is especially suitable for the lubrication of heavy-duty open gears in thermal power plants, gears of various ball mills in power plants, lifting motor gears of coal unloading machines and rack transmission pairs.
Use temperature:-15~150 ℃.
Applicable temperature:
-20 ℃ ~ 200 ℃.
Precautions
1) Release the original oil or add this product after cleaning. The filling method adopts the spray lubrication of the dynamic lubrication device, and also directly adds the gear box or directly applies it on the tooth surface for lubrication;
2) The amount of grease added can reach the root of the large gear of the intermediate shaft, and the rest of the tooth surface is coated with grease. Or grease to the pinion gear, the gear is not more than three teeth high.
Packing specification
This product adopts 18kg plastic drum, 170kg iron drum packaging.
