Main performance
Due to the use of unique "microsphere eutectic" additives, and the selection of a variety of good compatibility of extreme pressure anti-wear agent, so that this product has excellent anti-wear extreme pressure, mechanical stability, oxidation resistance and good adhesion leak-proof, noise reduction and sound performance, has a good ability to carry heavy load or impact load.
Use
Suitable for high temperature, high humidity, heavy load and other conditions of all kinds of open gear, gear reducer, worm gear reducer and other large heavy load transmission gear lubrication. Such as: cement plant, steel plant, power plant and other large gear lubrication.
Applicable temperature:-20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃.
Precautions
1) This product is non-toxic and does not need to be different from the special protection of general grease when used.
2) Release the original oil or add this product after cleaning. The filling method adopts the spray lubrication of the dynamic lubrication device, and also directly adds the gear box or directly applies it to the tooth surface for lubrication.
3) The amount of grease added can reach the root of the large gear of the intermediate shaft, and the rest of the tooth surface is coated with grease. Or grease to the pinion gear, the gear is not more than three teeth high.
Packing specification
This product is packed in 18kg plastic drum and 180kg iron drum.
