Main performance
1) Good anti-combustion effect, it is not easy to burn under open flame conditions, and the fire does not spread, thereby reducing fire hazards; compared with conventional wire rope grease, this product can avoid the impact of wire rope surface annealing due to grease combustion. Life, reduce safety hazards;
2) Excellent anti-rust ability, even under humid or water conditions, it can prevent the corrosion of the steel cable;
3) Good adhesion performance, can make the grease firmly adhere to the wire rope, to provide good lubrication and protection of the wire rope;
4) Good extreme pressure and anti-wear ability to ensure that the wire rope can also get good lubrication protection under heavy load conditions;
5) Excellent colloidal stability and good oxidation resistance to ensure the service life of the grease.
Use
1) It is suitable for lubrication of steel wire ropes working under complex working conditions such as high temperature and open flame, especially for lubrication of steel wire ropes with fire prevention requirements or parts with fire hazards, such as lubrication of traveling steel wire ropes for lifting ladles in steel mills.
2) Applicable temperature range:-35 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, short-term can reach 220 ℃.
Precautions
When using, clean the lubricating parts to avoid pollution, and do not mix with other grease.
Packing specification
This product uses 1kg plastic barrel, 15kg plastic barrel packaging.
