Overview

This product uses compound soap thickening high viscosity mineral oil and synthetic base oil, and added with extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-oxygen, anti-rust and other additives, refined. It is suitable for lubrication of bearings under harsh conditions such as water shower, heavy load, high temperature and high speed, such as lubrication of roller bearings in iron and steel industry.

Use

It is suitable for bearing lubrication in various parts of continuous rolling, cold and hot rolling mill equipment in metallurgical industry and bearing lubrication in mining, machinery and transportation industry under severe conditions such as high temperature, humidity and heavy load.
Applicable temperature:-20 ℃ ~ 180 ℃.

Precautions

This product is non-toxic, when used without special protection is different from the general grease.
1# is suitable for centralized lubrication system, 2# and 3# are suitable for manual greasing lubrication.
The centralized lubrication system is replaced with this product. It is not necessary to disassemble and wash the entire lubrication system. It is only necessary to inject this product into the centralized lubrication system and discharge the original grease until the product flows out from the lubrication point.

This product is packed in 18kg plastic drum and 180kg iron drum.
