Overview
This product is a new generation of composite sulfonic acid soap thickening depth refined high viscosity mineral oil, according to the Japanese patent technology formula, through the organic transformation of chemical bonds, oil has excellent water resistance and long-term stability.

Main performance
It has excellent mechanical stability, extreme pressure and anti-wear resistance, colloidal stability and anti-oxidation ability, which greatly prolongs the service life of the bearing; its specific gravity is larger than that of water, and it does not emulsify and deteriorate for a long time after encountering water. It has unparalleled water resistance and can ensure reliable lubrication of the bearing under high temperature, humidity and water environment.
Use
Bearings used for contacting water (e. g. textile machinery or papermaking machinery in humid and water-soaked environments), hot roll bearings, couplings, calender bearings in steel mills, low and high speed bearings in high temperature environments (e. g. stretching excavators, hot melt fans, heat setting machines, high temperature dyeing cylinders, etc.), automobile hub bearings, heavy machinery, trailer steering wheels, and various industrial equipment under harsh or heavy load conditions.
Applicable temperature:-20 ℃ ~ 230 ℃, short-term up to 250 ℃.
Packing specification
This product is packed in 1kg plastic barrel, 18kg plastic barrel and 180kg iron barrel.
