Anti-rust performance

Mechanical stability
Grease will soften during machining, causing leakage. When there is a vibration application example, the grease will be thrown from the bearing housing into the bearing. If the mechanical stability of the grease is not enough, the grease will continue to be thrown out of the bearing, which will cause the structure of the soap to mechanically disintegrate and the use of grease is destroyed.
Oil seal
Oil seal is necessary to protect the bearing and lubricant to prevent external pollution, regardless of debris or moisture can not penetrate into the bearing, to prevent damage. Correct installation and maintenance is an important factor in the longest service life of bearings. Classification of grease
According to the temperature and working conditions: grease can be classified according to their allowable working temperature. The consistency and lubricating ability of grease are affected by the working temperature. Bearings operating at a certain temperature must choose grease with correct consistency and good lubricating effect at the same temperature. Greases are manufactured in different operating temperature ranges and can be divided into low temperature (LT), medium temperature (MT) and high temperature (HT) greases. At the same time, there is a class of grease called EP (resistant to extrusion) or EM (resistant to extrusion and adding molybdenum disulfide), with additives to enhance the strength of the lubricating oil film.
Select grease
If the wrong choice of grease, all measures to prevent bearing damage are in vain. It is very important to choose a grease whose base oil viscosity can provide sufficient lubrication effect at operating temperature. Viscosity is mainly affected by temperature. Machinery manufacturers usually specify the use of some kind of grease, and most of the standard grease can be used in a wide range.
